We recommend to use a generic email address to serve as the administrator and connected user on accounts to avoid disruptions in service with attrition. Note that this will cost one additional license for each platform.

All technical and user processes will be documented clearly and centrally, and this typically adds 10% time to each project. When possible, this will be noted in invoices.
